De Ontdekking ('The Discovery') is situated in a former travel agency and has kept the holiday feeling alive. Its atmosphere, menu and style breathe the different continents of our globe and the relaxed anything-goes attitude that comes with travelling. The breakfast menu features a range of wake-up goodness, such as a Greek yogurt with homemade granola or a vegan Bali bowl with black rice pudding as well as a fantastic shared high-breakfast for a great start of the day. For lunch there are well-dressed sandwiches with everything from pulled organic chicken to the signature vegan 'egg'-salad as well as homemade soup, salads and hot dishes. All day long fresh smoothies are served, while the baristas make beautiful coffees. The tea menu consists of the classics as well as popular modern variations. All drinks go really well with the famous homemade cakes. From 2 pm on it's time for high-tea. Whenever you visit De Ontdekking; enjoy the holiday feeling!
