About
The Voerman Stadsmuseum Hattem is a museum for art, history and archeology. The paintings of Jan Voerman senior and his son Jan Voerman junior are the core of the museum. Senior painted the river IJssel in aal of its appearances and Junior painted very detailed paintings of flowers and insects. But there is more: the 4000 year old bellbeaker, the remains of the castle Dikke Tinne and more paintings from famous painters who painted Hattem. Twice a year you can visit a new exhibition.
