“Dukat” – a restaurant for a unique and delicious experience Located in the center of Skopje, the capital of the Republic of Macedonia, the restaurant “Dukat” welcomes its visitors for more than 15 years, that are not only local but also coming from abroad, all of them wanting to enjoy the traditional Macedonian kitchen. Opened by the married couple Zografski whose love story influences even more the positive atmosphere, professional surrounding and outstanding service. Although in the center of the city, Dukat’s intention is to provide cozy and relaxed atmosphere for all visitors to enjoy the traditional Macedonian specialties prepared according to old and unique home recipes from our grand-mothers. On Dukat’s table you can always try home prepared (knead) pies, bread, Macedonian tavce gravce, ajvar, pindzur, specialties in pan, roast pork, beef and all this prepared by a professional chef in wood stove on the traditional way.
