The Fish Restaurant" is a family business that is owned by two brothers that have been in the hospitality business for over 40 years. They managed several restaurants, up until they discover the need for a real Fish Restaurant, so they start with the first grilled fish store in Macedonia, named Small Bazaar, as for its location, in 1997. Since then, they have opened two more restaurants, “Big Fish” (winner of “Best Prepared Trout” two years in a row) and “The Fish Restaurant” (winner of “Best Hospitality Object” in 2016, second close in 2013). “Aristocrat Fish Restaurant” is the fourth restaurant in the row of successes, now as a part of "Hotel Aristocrat". Already established with the excellent service and food, this restaurant offers its most famous grilled fish specialties, but a lot of different international and traditional cuisines as well, that could satisfy everyone’s taste.
