Established in 1999 as one of the first private hotels in Skopje, North Macedonia, completely renovated to a modern design hotel in 2020. Hotel Tim’s new concept is an energy efficient “green” hotel. Energy efficiency as one of the main design points resulted in redesign the facades and installation of solar panels and smart eco-friendly systems inside the building. The modern and elegant guest rooms include fresh new décor with minimalistic design and stylish furniture. Tim's guest rooms feature space for personal storage, kitchenettes and cozy seating areas. Each guest room includes a 43’’ TV, soundproof doors and windows, safety deposit box, coffee and tea preparation sets.
