This is a great place to stop by or have as a base when exploring the region. In the winter you can look for northern lights, far away from the city light pollution. We have dog sledding opportunities here, and you can visit wolfs and other wild arctic animals in Polar park. We have world class cross country skiing tracks, and a great alpine center in the area. In the summer there are great possibilities for hiking and cyckling. We have a sports bar and restaurant, O'Learys, where you can try our local reindeer burger from our local reindeer hearders.
