KRAFT Bergen is a leading showcase for contemporary crafts and materials-based art by national and international artists. As the only professional exhibition venue in Western Norway specializing in crafts, KRAFT represents a unique voice for the visual art scene in the region. KRAFT is an innovative and professional driver for the development of the field, the status of crafts, and their dissemination. Different exhibitions and events enable KRAFT to contribute to the debate on the significance of crafts. The exhibition program at KRAFT spotlights different traditions and material fields, and thus reflects the diversity of the field.
