In the fall of 2018, we opened our craft bakery with café and delicatessen in Bodø city centre. We focus on modern craftsmanship, quality and local produce. We bake bread with few ingredients and good seasoning - it gives the best taste, we think. Here you will also find a rich selection of delicacies for sale, ranging from cured meats, good cheeses, oils, vinegar and fresh meat, as well as a catering menu of local produce in season.
