Nythun is primarily the place where you eat well, and has been ranked as rural Norway's 3rd best eatery. The hosts have backgrounds in gourmet kitchens in Norway and abroad. Their knowledge is combined with good Norwegian traditions. You can enjoy gourmet meals and simpler fare - made with love for food and guest, fresh ingredients and enthusiasm. The owners also keep theiur own garden and greenhouse to provide a wide range of home grown food at times. Meat is primarely from local farms and hunbters with emphazies on sustainable food.
