Our professional chefs make everything from scratch and use only good quality raw materials. We are inspired by Norwegian and foreign food traditions, and of course, from the beautiful coastal nature and resourcefulness in the area. Our food is enjoyed in atmospheric premises, with a great view of the city and the fjord. Chefs and waiters welcome you to Restaurant Bryggekanten! Restaurant Bryggekanten has capacity for around 90 people, and has long and good experience of serving large gatherings on special occasions such as weddings and christening. In the same house as the restaurant, you will find the Haavebua banquet hall, the origin of a 19th-century salt house, which has capacity for just over 200 people.
