Kystmuseet Hvaler is the museum in ostfold which focuses on coastal culture. The museum is situated on Nordgarden Dypedal at Spjaeroy. Here you will find out everything about Hvaler’s coastal history up until present. Up until the 1800s agriculture and fishing were the main industries on Hvaler. Soon after the stone cutting industry arrived.
