We bring the first Fusion Cuisine concept to town, a combination of local and fusion of international ingredients, techniques, and culinary traditions. All food art will be presented to you in our delicious Menu. Part of the inspiration for the new concept comes from the history of our location, having been originally a shelter, created by the Norwegian Seamen`s Mission, runned by Evangelists, who welcomed the passing fishermen and visitors in town, offering them food and shelter – as well an access to education and religious ceremonies in the Chapel. Havly, in 2018 was remodelled to be a hotel and restaurant having as a result of a Fusion of industrial style, yet, conserving some original touches like the parquet floors which belong to the original chapel (1950)
