We are small husband and wife owned and run ramen bistro. Our main goal and focus is to create great ramen with simple and real ingredients. Since we both agree that homemade food can be a great experience, we spent a lot of time trying, learning and creating our own recipes for doughs, spices, broths and other important things that make our food unique. We learned how to create the umami taste by adding and mixing real ingredients instead of artificial powders. If you want to experience Japanese ramen with our own fusion, fresh home-made noodles and crispy ingredients, we would like to welcome you to our small family bistro in Kongsberg!
