January 6th, 2012 marked a change for the cultural life in southern Norway. Five years after construction started, Kilden Theater and Concert Hall were completed in all its splendor. Kilden is one of the country’s largest art institutions for theater, opera, music and cultural activities. The institution will embrace wide and be a big venue for cultural experiences, while the building and performance of art shall radiate greatness, pride and community. Kilden should be a place where people come together, are inspired, challenged and moved.
