We wanted to go back to our roots and the solution came to us. Birgitte Backlund stood for cooking, shelter and care when Backlund Hospits was established in 1839. She was Madame Backlund. We have focused on her values, those being real food made with passion in a house filled with warmth and soul. Either you need dinner after work, for a girls night out or for a celebration of the big events, we have something that suits everyone.
