Comfort food, burger, fries and drinks ''I've been really looking forward to this. The fact that a food profile opens its own restaurant has not been done before in Norway. Several of my favorite dishes are on the menu. The goal is for people to come here and enjoy real comfort food from all over the world. In April 2024, I also launched a burger book and several of these burgers are on the menu'' - Gladkokken.
