Hitchhiker opened its doors in 2014. In autumn 2023, we re located the restaurant to Sentralen's premises in Øvre slottsgate 3. We are known for introducing irresistible dishes, constructed and recreated with our own twist. The menu changes frequently according to season with a focus on Asian flavors from East Asia. A culinary journey filled with fragrant spices, colorful dishes and flavors that transport you directly to Asian street markets awaits!
