Hrimnir Ramen

Hrimir is located by the roundabout at the bottom of Maridalsveien. Here we have made ramen noodles since the start in 2019. Our main focus and specialty is Ramen, which is simply a spacious bowl of stock soup flavored with umami sauces, various toppings and wheat noodles. We focus on top quality ingredients and have a varied selection of Ramen that changes throughout the season. It varies between fjords and mountains - with good cooperation with our suppliers and farmers. Our kitchen has roots in Japanese traditions where precision and taste are the most important. Our techniques are frugal and a good example of craftsmanship. The unique flavors are layered with a variety of homemade sauces, ferments, spices and oils. We combine this with a Nordic approach with local and sustainable raw materials. We want to be a neighborhood restaurant where you can come for a quick bowl of ramen on the way home from work or before moving on to something else.
