Explore nature’s diversity in our indoor exhibitions on geology, zoology and climate and the Botanical garden. (The zoological exhibitions are closed until 20.dec). At The Natural History Museum there are things to explore for the whole family and the museum with its garden is a perfect place to enjoy a day out. See plants from all over the world, stand in the middle of a tropical storm in the Climate House and see animals from all over the world. In our geological exhibitions you will find dinosaur skeleton's, breath taking minerals and plenty of other fascinating objects. Grab a bite in the café where you can buy freshly made sandwiches, cakes, drinks and coffee. Or enjoy your packed lunch on our picnic lawn, under the roof in The Garden House and in our library. In the museum shop you can buy gifts and souvenirs. Natural History Museum is placed in the heart of Oslo, between Løkka and Tøyen, two of Oslos most lively and vibrant neighbourhoods.
