Nazae Café & Bar was founded in 2005 by Ayse Balam. The inspiration came when she became a parent and struggled to find toddler-friendly places where one could dine and relax peacefully. Driven by her passion for food, combined with her Turkish roots and her grandparents recipes, she established Nazar - a popular café and bar for families and everyone else to enjoy, right in the heart of Sagene
