As the official visitor information gateway, it offers free city maps, brochures, a multilingual information desk, and the opportunity to purchase the popular Oslo Pass – a time‑lapse pass that unlocks free entry to over 80 attractions, as well as public transport and excursion discounts. Open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm and Saturdays from 10 am to 3 pm, the centre welcomes travellers to plan their itinerary, reserve tickets, or simply receive personalised recommendations for Oslo’s museums, touring routes, and cultural events.
