About

Poké is raw fish salad, a surfers sashimi, a Hawaiian ceviche, call it want you want. It's the Hawaiian verb for "slice or cut". Poké began when fishermen would season the cut-offs from their catch to serve as a snack. Today we are developing this food culture and fusing it in new creative ways. Incorporating fresh Norwegian sea food with seasonal ingredients and toppings creating delicious layers of taste and textures.
