Many of the old logging works in Hovin have now been restored, and many more of these old logging sites can be seen if you walk along the path beside the Rauavassdrag watercourse down to Lake Tinnsjo. You will see the charming little Maele bridge at the outlet of Lake Sandvatn. It is 100 years' old and is a work of art in itself.
