Hov Gard Riding Center is situated in beautiful surroundings at Hov on the island of Gimsøy, by a white sandy beach with a view of the ocean and the midnight sun, on the far side of the Lofoten Islands. At the moment we have 46 Icelandic horses and 1 Shetland pony. Here at Hov, you can ride in the mountains, on the beach and along roads that the predecessors of our "Viking horses" rode on over a thousand years ago. The Farm also have a famous restaurant "Låven Restaurant" that seats 60-90 persons and servers a modern local cusine. Hov Gård also have a camping by the beach. Welcome
