Restaurant and café in an historical house from about 1860 that once was a telegraph house. Our main focus is to make seafood dishes with recipes from different countries that through the history have imported fish from Lofoten, in form of stockfish, clip fish or salted fish. Many of the vegetables we use are from our garden in Henningsvær or picket up in the nature. We use as many local ingredients as possible, though for some recipes it is needed to import some of them. We serve as well delicious homemade cakes and coffee. The coffee is from a local roastery.
