Welcome to Emmas Drømmekjøkken og Vinbar - Emmas Dream Kitchen and Winebar. The place for the unique and northern Norwegian Taste Experiences. Our team has a passion for good taste and local ingredients. With ingenuity and creativity, we will give you some of the best Northern Norway has to offer. Seasonal Taste Experiences At Emma's Dream Kitchen, we serve seasonal Taste Experiences divided into 4-, 7- and 9-course menus. The menu will change weekly, based on access to ingredients and the chefs' inspiration. The seasons and our region determine the menu and the chefs constantly choose ingredients from our best local suppliers and producers. Our region abounds with alternatives from land, sea and soil. The menu will therefore always have variations of both fish and meat dishes, some hot, some cold and with a sweet finish. Emma's Dream Kitchen and Wine Bar are located in the center of Tromsø with the restaurant in the second and third floor, and at street level is our Winebar.
