In Gubalari you will be served food based on traditional Norwegian dishes from all parts of Norway inspired by chef Ingrid Espelid Hovig. We base our dishes on fresh season based raw material, and present them in a playful way. Visitors find our premises, and art powerful and extravagant, and perfect for a memorable evening with the best Norwegian food can offer. During the day, you can choose from various dishes on the á la carte menu. Among these there is also a daily home cooking-inspired main course that always costs under NOK 200! In the evening we offer three- and five-course meals that change from day to day, determined by the ingredients available that day. In Gubalari you can eat gourmet and drink the best wines at very competitive prices. The restaurant is popular and turns into a lively scene at evening. It's perfect for larger groups as the restaurant also features chambre separee and a tour with a drink in your hand, in the neighboring Gallery. Very unique and enjoyable.
