Tollbua is World Champion Chef, Christopher Davidsen's gourmet bistro, serving four- and six-course menus. Open for dinner Wednesday to Saturday for dinner, Saturday from midday for lunch, and all week long for events on request. The food is focused on the best local ingredients, elevated by international techniques and flavours. Davidsen is joined by Henrik Dahl Jahnsen, five-time Norwegian Sommelier of the year, ensuring high quality in the glass. The restaurant is located in Trondheim's historic customs house, down by the city's docks.
