Cosy restaurant in an old farm building. 40 seats at small or larger tables and a fire place that we light up when its getting dark. We serve ala carte from a menu with a limited selection of fish and meat dishes and a selection of starters and desserts. We find our raw materials as local as possible, all meat is from a local butcher who takes in live stock from Voss, we collect herbs, berries and mushrooms from nearby forests and mountains and get our fish from the North sea. In the hands of our great chef this results in very tasty food that you are not likely to find everywhere. If you are looking for a good meal, a good experience or have something to celebrate, "Flor'n" is the place to go
