The origins of the collection of historical memorabilia Szubin have their roots in the interwar period. During the war, priceless documents, photographs and other items related to the Earth Szubińska kept the scouts of Grey Ranks. In 1965, he founded the National Memorial Chamber, which worked with the Scout House in Szubin. Cabinet was also active in Bydgoszcz Historical Banner ZHP. Facility currently operating in the new headquarters, the historic building of the Polish Home.
