About
A municipal dining room in the historic hall of the Gdańsk Shipyard In 2023, we opened our municipal dining room in a former U-boat production hall with 20 restaurants and 3 bars. The new image refers to the old tradition of the shipyard canteen and community center - modernizing it, combining it with entertainment and the Gdańsk atmosphere. An artistic installation called Bloop was created inside the food hall. It was created by a duo of well-known and recognized artists from Gdańsk: a painter, illustrator and set designer, prof. Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk, Marcin Zawicki, and an independent curator and creator of an art institution, Aneta Szyłak.
