The cuisine of GWAR is Polish cuisine based on what we have the best - seasonal products, local delicacies, farm cheeses, our own meats, consummate pates, carefully selected toppings and a service focused on nurturing the tradition of legendary Polish hospitality. In GWAR, hospitality does not mean a feast, but those exceptional moments of meeting and conversation, when we treat each other with a glass of well-chilled vodka and a deliciously tasting appetizer, we break freshly baked bread with crispy crust from a local bakery with country butter and salt.
