Vinissimo Restaurant & Wine Bar is a new brand start in February 2024 (former Sztuczka Bistro present at Bema 6 since 2017). The restaurant run since 2022 by Łukasz Chwojnicki, in a slightly changed format and with the same great team, still serves delicious and minimalist cuisine supported by a huge selection of wines and high level service. The head chef, since June 2023, is the humble and talented Łukasz Theus, who has worked with many excellent chefs. The manager - Diana Kalinichenko, who has worked in the best Tri-City restaurants and despite her young age, has a lot of experience, which she skilfully uses to take care of our guests, is responsible for the service, wines and work of the entire restaurant. Vino, Vinissimo, or... wine, extraordinary wine, sounds just as beautiful and intriguing in every language. This is our trademark. Over 400 labels, 70 of which are available by the glass.
