The owners of Bel Mon Resort – Mirka and Patrick are true lovers of cuisine. It is their family passion, which despite the differences in the countries they come from, has been instilled deep into their hearts. Thanks to their culinary experience and love for cooking of our Chef Jacob you will find a varied menu with recipes passed down from generation to generation. These are unique recipes, taken from Patrick’s grandmother and mother, who drew cooking knowledge from the countries of distant Africa, France, Benelux, boldly crossed with Polish traditional cuisine from Silesia, with a pinch of German and Slavic cuisine – following the roots of grandmothers and mother Miroslawa. All under the watchful eye of our patron Kurt Scheller. The construction of the manor house, where the Mona Restaurant is located today, dates back to 1736.
