The heart of the CITIZEN BREWERY is the restaurant, just like the heart of the Silesian house is the kitchen. The princes von Pless feasted in palaces, workers of the industrial plants met in tap-rooms, and we invite you to the Tichauer Restaurant. We have adapted brewery halls into a space where we share the flavours of the world. In the post-industrial, spacious interior of the former malt house, we combine red brick, concrete and wood. And even fired by a seasoned beech, the oven has its name here. The historic interior is prevailed by the Italian cuisine with its seasonal, full of aroma ingredients. The á la Carte dishes pleasantly compose with the freshness of the Tichauer beer. And the chef invites you to the dish of the day at lunch time from Monday to Friday.
