'Maczanka po Krakowsku' - is an original dish from Cracow with over a century of tradition. By combining old recipes with with newest forms of serving, We created the first and the only 'Maczanka po Krakowsku' in street food style. In our version We use pork meat, which is marinated for two days, and then roasted for a long time in low temperature. Finally, We serve it in homemade bun, prepared in our own traditional way. In our menu We use seasonal and mostly regional products.
