About
Kawaleria Restaurant was established as a result of a compilation of my family tradition, personal passion for horses and love for good food. In the 1920s, my great-grandfather was commandant of the Cavalry School in Grudziądz. I grew up in an atmosphere of old customs, hence eagerness to create a place where years of splendor of the Cavalery would return once again. Together with our Chef Grzegorz Godzik, we propose Polish cuisine. Our main goal is to combine traditional flavors of noble manors with modern trends. Cavalier men were famous for their passion for good food and original liquors, which has become our leitmotif.
