About
The first stage of the Papa Gelato ice trip was to stay in Italy, where he had the pleasure of watching craftsmen at work. He studied the trade, getting to know traditional methods of production, recreating classic recipes and composing his first flavors. He decided to use these skills on his home soil. In this way a new brand of ice cream was born.
