There is a person behind each product, their history and passion. Asparagus, radish, cucumbers, tomatoes,cheese and good sausages are products from local suppliers. Each season has its rules which is why sometimes on the plate there is a nasturtium flower and sometimes a garlic flower. From our Mandragora's garden we decorate our plates and season the dishes with thyme,mint and lovage. Perliczka - Polish hospitality also complements our offer- Polish and Jewish cuisine.
