‘Uroczysko Deresze’ is located in a small village named Giław near Olsztyn. It is the backwater in Warmia region, just on the border of Masuria. This place is run with passion and heart by Beata and Katarzyna. Surrounded by forests and hills, placed near the beautiful clear water lakes. It is an old farm building, converted into guest rooms (32 beds), a dining room (80 persons), conference and dance room (40 persons), and intimate fireplace area (30 persons). It is surrounded by a large green area (over 20ha) with 4 tennis courts, a playground, volleyball and badminton courts on the grass. You can also find here many cycling, walking, and running routes, alongside with forests full of mushrooms, strawberries and blueberries. The cuisine is based on our own products (i.e. smoked meat and cheese, pastries), led by the signature liquor- ‘Dereszowka’. We are focused on menus fit for all kinds of diets and preferences (vegetarian, gluten-free, vegan), with a hint of traditional Warmia
