Our chef Norbert Kaczmarek draws inspiration from wealth of the Baltic Sea as well as the nearby fields, forests and farms. If you look up close at the things Norbert does in the kitchen, you can see that the main criterion of his cooking is respect for the product. Norbert Kaczmarek is a chef who carefully selects suppliers of the products he uses in his cooking. He is a person, who appreciates a creative approach in the kitchen.
