Villa Modiva is a cozy facility and a unique blend of a historic place and modern luxury On offer are 4 double rooms, 5 spacious apartments and two deluxe apartments: a penthouse overlooking the sea with a terrace and an apartment with a tower enjoying a breathtaking view of the sea and Wolin National Park. Light, muted interiors and black-and-white fashion photographs uniquely harmonize with the historic building creating a luxurious place, conducive to rest. The facility's designer character is reinforced by custom-made furniture from the Italian manufactory El Maragon among others, Mariner and Murano chandeliers, accessories from Philippe Starck for Kartell, Kaiser and Rosenthal china.
