Gospoda Pod Modrym Fartuchem
About
Gospoda Pod Modrym Fartuchem Restaurant Toruń is one of the oldest restaurants in Poland and Europe, founded in 1489. We were hosted by Napoleon Bonaparte and many famous people. We serve Polish cuisine in traditional and modern versions, and our greatest specialty and treasure is the historic, legendary chicken liver. Our specialties also include Astronomical pork chop, Bavarian pork knuckle baked in dark beer and honey, and Żurek - old polish sour rye soup with artisan white sausage. Our offer includes a huge selection of traditional and craft beers, as well as great gingerbread beer from Toruń from the Toruński Brewery. What makes us stand out, apart from a large selection of beer and delicious cuisine, is our centuries-old history, unique atmosphere and cheerful, smiling staff. In the summer, we invite you to our Patio, a green space where you can drink a beer in peace and spend time in silence without cars & passersby. We invite you to Rynek Nowomiejski 8.
