Restaurant Fado i Wino is a new, unique place on the culinary map of Świdnica, combining the flavors of the Iberian Peninsula and Lower Silesia. The name of the restaurant refers to the passion and love we give Portugal for simplicity of food, pleasant climate and unearthly views, for melancholic fado, azulejos tiles and other multi-colored ceramic decorations. At the same time, we want to show our guests how rich the Lower Silesia region is, both in terms of gastronomy (local cheese, sausages, vineyards) and design (ceramics from Bolesławiec). We want to prove that these two culturally different and spatially distant worlds have a lot in common. Azulejos on the wall, Bolesławiec porcelain on the table, and on it the best regional products from Portugal, Spain and Lower Silesia. Chef, Rafał Kruszka, will combine them on one plate in surprising flavor and visual compositions.
