About

Bistro SPATiF offers Contemporary Warsaw Cuisine. Looking back to the 1920s – the golden age of Warsaw’s gastronomy – one can see a modern, multicultural city filled with flavors and aromas from all over the world. In the social scene, the young avant-garde reigned, full of vibrant energy, with clear influences from the various cultures that shaped the city. Today, Warsaw returns to its progressive tradition and once again becomes a fascinating melting pot. People from Ukraine, Belarus, Georgia, Syria, India, or Vietnam now frequent the city's bars, just as Jews, Lithuanians, French, and Germans once did. All of them were, and still are, Varsovians. These influences are reflected on the plate, where the Polish potato and butersznyt reign supreme, but the presentation and accompanying elements pay homage to those who have shaped Warsaw into its best form – vibrant, modern, and full of nuances.
