The Long Bar, a signature of the Raffles brand since its inception at Raffles Singapore over a century ago, is recreated here in Warsaw in a long, sleek stretch of white Carrera marble, echoed by a white, circular marble fireplace nearby. Cocktails, as well as bespoke Europejski Chopin vodka, represents the world through Raffles classics such as the famous Singapore Sling and Warsaw’s own addition to the list, drawn on local flavours such as Polish quince and gingerbread liqueurs.
