Tbilisi is the first Georgian restaurant in Warsaw, founded in 2011 and located near Morskie Oko park. True to tradition and family recipes, its high-quality menu in the business neighborhood has earned it many loyal customers. There are interesting vegetarian entrées, satisfying soups and main courses: tolma: stuffed grape vine leaves, khinkali: dumplings with broth inside, or ojakhuri, luscious beef neck with pomegranate and potatoes. The house speciality are spare ribs and lamb shashlik, while the famous khachapuri is available in 6 varieties. The menu also has extra homemade sauces, beer, desserts, Georgian soda and tea.
