Pierogarnia Nowowiejska is a place where you'll eat a dish prepared in the traditional Polish way. We put great emphasis on all our dishes to taste exactly the same way as they taste at home. That's why our pork chop is fried just after ordering, potatoes are boiled in water, vegetable salad is prepared by us from vegetables provided by a friendly vegetable garden. And dumplings? Oh yes, dumplings.. we prepare them ourselves from scratch. Every day - Daily fresh. They are huge, but the pie is thin and soft. Stuffing.. Och fingers licked. Prepared like Grandma would. Spore quantities of white cheese for russian pierogies, real muchrooms for cabbage, spinach and cream with fried garlic and meat - all without unnecessary additives that supposedly improve taste or expiry date. All done as we remembered from our childhood by our Grandma.
