Restaurant "Giewont" is situated in the heart of Tatra Mountains - Kościelisko! By linking the history of local dishes prepared with French techniques, we want to stand out from not only the region in which we are located, nor Podhale itself, but the entire restaurant map of Poland. Podhale is primarily attached to tradition, that's why, we try to to guarantee our guests a real feast on their plates.
