"The name ROSA SUSHI is a tribute to all who dedicate their life to the sea, in boats, auctions or markets. A hard life but whose dedication we value at our table so much. And Rosa why? Because it is a traditional Portuguese, a name of the Portuguese Woman, the one that carries with it the spirit of salt and the coast. SUSHI will be made with sustainable products, respecting seasonality and paying special attention to the local and regional economy. Our menu offers a diversity of traditional options, but also some more contemporary proposals. And it includes some alternative dishes to Sushi, although always with a more oriental touch. The service is personalized and performed with dedication and knowledge, so you want to come back."
